sbeadex Lightning Cell DNA Kit enables superfast purification from human or animal cells using an innovative binding principle that allows simultaneous binding and washing of DNA. This patent-pending magnetic bead technology reduces the purification workflow from a 6-step to a 4-step process.

Despite its simplified and shortened protocol, sbeadex Lightning delivers highly pure DNA in yields comparable or higher to those of popular purification kits.

  • Time savings for extraction, enabling faster acquisition of high-quality DNA
  • Reduced environmental impact due to lower hazardous liquid waste and plastic consumption
  • Lower associated costs for transport, storage, plastic consumables, and waste disposal

The sbeadex Lightning Cell DNA Kit is suitable for both manual and automated DNA isolation. Manual extraction from cells can be completed in approximately 11 minutes (refers to incubation times only and includes cell lysis).
