The 3-ATTO 390 mdCNH modification incorporates an ATTO™ 390 dye (ATTO-TEC GmbH) at the 3' terminus of an oligonucleotide. ATTO 390 modifications exhibit a large Stokes-shift, high thermal and photo-stability, and low molecular weight. With strong absorption and high fluorescence quantum yield, ATTO 390 can be used in a wide array of applications. This 3' ATTO 390 modification is conjugated to a modified cytidine which may participate in hybridization. ATTO 390 fluoresces in the blue region of the visible spectrum and its fluorescence can be effectively quenched by BHQ®-1 dye.
