Stellaris™ RNA FISH probes may be used to detect several targets simultaneously.  The number of possible targets that can be detected depends on the available microscope filters that can spectrally separate each dye.  Dyes with minimal spectral overlap can be combined as long as they are carefully matched to those filter sets!
